GRS Genomic DNA Kit – Blood & Cultured Cells

The GRS Genomic DNA Kit – Blood & Cultured Cells provides an efficient and fast method for the purification of high-quality total DNA (including genomic, mitochondrial, and viral DNA) from whole blood, frozen blood, buffy coat, and cultured animal cells. Completed in under 60 minutes without phenol/chloroform extraction or alcohol precipitation, with typical yields of 6 µg from 200 µl of whole blood or up to 50 µg from buffy coat. Eluted DNA (~20–30 kb) is suitable for PCR and other enzymatic reactions.
