GRS Genomic DNA Kit – Tissue

The GRS Genomic DNA Kit – Tissue provides an efficient and fast method for the purification of high-quality total DNA (genomic, mitochondrial, and viral DNA) from a variety of animal tissues including tailsnips, liver, kidney, brain, adipose tissue, ear punches, insects, and FFPE. Includes a micropestle for improved tissue homogenisation. Completed within 60 minutes (60 min for FFPE) without organic solvents; yields up to 50 µg of purified DNA (~20–30 kb) suitable for PCR and other enzymatic reactions.
