GRS Genomic DNA Kit – Plant

The GRS Genomic DNA Kit – Plant provides an efficient and fast method for the purification of high-quality total DNA (genomic, mitochondrial, and chloroplast DNA) from plant tissue and cells. Samples are ground in liquid nitrogen and lysed, followed by RNase A treatment to degrade RNA and column-based clean-up. Eluted purified DNA is suitable for PCR, real-time PCR, Southern Blotting, and RFLP analysis.
