Xpert Fast Probe (Uni) is a high-performance 2× probe-based qPCR Mastermix compatible with a wide range of probe technologies including TaqMan®, Molecular Beacons®, and Scorpion probes®. Features a novel low-inhibitory technology delivering early Ct values, high efficiency in GC/AT-rich and multiplex reactions, extreme sensitivity, and fast extension rates. Supplied with ROX reference dye. Compatible with most qPCR instruments.
