The DNase I Set is an RNase-free DNase I set for complete removal of DNA contamination from RNA preparations. DNase I hydrolyses phosphodiester bonds of dsDNA, ssDNA, chromatin, and DNA:RNA hybrid molecules without compromising RNA yield or integrity.
