Dr Vida MagBeads reagent is a highly efficient solution designed to replace gold standard Beads in PCR, Genomic DNA and enzymatic reaction cleanup, and NGS library size selection. Compatible with major NGS library prep kits (e.g., Illumina, Agilent, Roche), it requires no protocol changes. Dr Vida MagBeads reagent effectively purifies Amplicons or DNA fragments larger than 100 bp while removing smaller components. Dr Vida MagBeads reagent can be used for single-sided or double-sided size selection during NGS library preparation. It is also suitable for both manual and automated high-throughput systems.
