dsDNA Quantification Kit – Broad Range (for Microplate)

A fluorescence-based dsDNA quantification kit developed for use with microplate readers. Accurate and reliable over a linear range from 4 ng to 1000 ng. Highly specific for double-stranded DNA; single-stranded DNA, RNA, and common contaminants (proteins, ethanol, phenol, salts, detergents) have little to no effect on the fluorescence signal. Suitable for high-throughput DNA quantification.
