GRS FullSample Purification Kit

The GRS FullSample Purification Kit provides an efficient and fast method for the simultaneous purification of genomic DNA, total RNA (including miRNA), and total protein from a single sample of whole blood, biological fluids, animal tissue, or cultured cells — ideal when sample material is limited. DNA binds to a DNA-binding column while the flow-through passes through an RNA-binding column; proteins are precipitated from the final flow-through. Completed in under 30 minutes without phenol/chloroform.
