Includes Buffer G+ for lysozyme-assisted lysis of Gram-positive cell walls, followed by chaotropic salt lysis and spin-column clean-up. Completed in under 60 minutes; eluted DNA is suitable for PCR, restriction digestion, cloning, and Southern blot analysis.
