The GRS Plasmid Purification Kit – MINI provides an efficient and fast method for the purification of high-quality plasmid DNA from 1–6 mL of cultured bacterial cells. Based on a modified alkaline lysis method with RNase A treatment for RNA removal and chaotropic salt-mediated column binding. Completed in under 20 minutes; eluted plasmid DNA is RNA-free and suitable for PCR, restriction digestion, cloning, transfection, and DNA sequencing.
