GRS Total RNA Kit – Bacteria

The GRS Total RNA Kit – Bacteria provides an efficient and fast method for the purification of high-quality total RNA from Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. Includes lysozyme and a specialised Bacteria Lysis Buffer for efficient cell wall disruption, followed by column-based clean-up with optional DNase treatment. Completed in under 20 minutes; purified RNA is suitable for RT-PCR, Northern Blotting, cDNA synthesis, and primer extension.
