The GRS Total RNA Kit – Plant is a spin-column kit specifically optimised for the purification of high-quality total RNA from plant tissue and cells. Designed to overcome the challenges posed by plant-specific compounds such as polysaccharides and polyphenols. Optional DNase treatment is included. Eluted RNA is suitable for RT-PCR, cDNA synthesis, and other downstream RNA applications.
