The Xpert cDNA Synthesis Kit provides an efficient and fast method for the synthesis of high-quality first-strand cDNA from poly(A)+ mRNA or total RNA. Uses Xpert Reverse Transcriptase (RNase H−), optimised for high-temperature synthesis (50–55°C) to overcome secondary RNA structures. Yields full-length cDNA up to 12 kb. Includes RNase inhibitor, reaction buffer, and dNTPs. Products are suitable for RT-PCR, qPCR, and cDNA library construction.
