Xpert DNA Purification Magnetic Beads consist of paramagnetic particles coated with carboxyl groups (SPRI — Solid Phase Reversible Immobilization) that reversibly bind DNA fragments of 100 bp and larger. Primers, primer-dimers, dNTPs, enzymes, excess salts, and other impurities are removed quickly and efficiently in a simple washing step. Readily adaptable to 96-well or 384-well microplate automation platforms. Ideal for high-throughput PCR clean-up and NGS library preparation clean-up.
