Xpert One-Step Fast Probe

Xpert One-Step Fast Probe is a one-tube kit for probe-based RT-qPCR from any RNA template (mRNA, viral RNA, or total RNA). Combines a thermostable MMLV reverse transcriptase (RNase H−), an advanced RNase inhibitor, and a Fast Probe qPCR Mastermix in a single reaction. High efficiency in multiplex applications; compatible with WHO and USCDC primers/probes. Ideal for diagnostic RT-qPCR, gene expression analysis, and low-copy number target detection.
