The Xpert One-Step RT-PCR Kit allows for first-strand cDNA synthesis and subsequent PCR amplification from any RNA template in a single tube. Combines a thermostable MMLV reverse transcriptase (RNase H−) with a Fast Hotstart PCR Mastermix. The RTase is not inhibited by rRNA or tRNA. Products contain 3′ A-overhang and are suitable for TA cloning. Minimal or no optimisation required.
